The People we meet: Chair movers

「我哋好簡單㗎咋,做埋嘢飲啤酒已經好開心!」

“We’ve been doing this for thirty years. We work while our bodies still can, there’s nothing special to it. We’re simple people, I’ll be happy here once we’re done and having a beer”

A few days before the opening of the bamboo theatre I went over to talk to some of the people that work to make it happen.

These two gentlemen were hired to deliver over a thousand chairs.

They did not share their names with me insisting they were not important. They were happy to get their photographs taken as documentation of history.
